Data Deletion Instructions

FailFast operates as a Technology Provider and Data Processor.

Our customers (businesses using FailFast) are the Data Controllers of the operational data stored in the platform, including:

• Customer records

• Invoices and transactional data

• CRM records

• WhatsApp communication metadata

• Operational ERP data

If you are an end-user interacting with a business through WhatsApp or other communication channels, your primary data controller is that business.

You may request deletion of your data in one of the following ways:

A. If You Are a FailFast Customer (Account Owner or User)

You may:

• Submit a request through your account administrator, or

• Email us at: privacy@fail-fast.ai

Please include:

• Your full name

• The company/workspace name

• The email associated with your account

• A description of the data you wish to delete

B. If You Are an End-User of a Business Using FailFast

If you interacted with a company via WhatsApp or through a FailFast-powered system:

• Please contact that business directly to request deletion.

• If you prefer, you may email privacy@fail-fast.ai, and we will forward the request to the relevant business for action.

If you initiate a data deletion request through Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp), Meta may notify us through a secure callback mechanism.

Upon receiving such notification:

• We verify the user identifier

• We locate associated records within our platform

• We notify the corresponding Data Controller (our customer)

• We initiate deletion in accordance with contractual and legal obligations

A confirmation status may be provided through the Meta callback response as required by Meta Platform policies.

• Requests are acknowledged within 5 business days.

• Deletion is completed within 30 days unless:

- Retention is required for legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.

- Data must be preserved for fraud prevention or security compliance.

• Backups are automatically purged in accordance with our infrastructure retention cycle (maximum 60 days).

FailFast infrastructure is hosted in:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS), United States (Virginia region)

Subprocessors may include:

• AWS (cloud infrastructure and storage)

• Vercel (application hosting infrastructure)

All subprocessors operate under contractual data protection obligations.
